Well it’s almost Halloween and I thought it would be fun to be the ultra cool, sexy, rapping Nicki Minaj in her hit Super Bass music video. This costume was pulled largely from my closet so it cost me under $20 to complete the look. Enjoy this Nicki Minaj Halloween makeup and costume tutorial!
